Fulton Companies is an American multi-national corporation headquartered in Pulaski, New York, specializing in the research, engineering, manufacturing, and support of premium heat transfer equipment for commercial and industrial applications. Founded by Lewis Palm, who invented the Vertical Tubeless Boiler in 1947 after a steam boiler failure at the Sunlight Laundry he managed inspired him to redesign the traditional boiler with a vertical orientation for a smaller footprint and improved reliability. Today, Fulton employs more than 650 people across facilities in five countries, with manufacturing operations in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and China. The company remains family-owned, with third and fourth generation members of the Palm family continuing to lead innovation.
